Présentation générale / General presentation
Les 20, 21 et 22 octobre 2005 s'est tenu à Lyon le
Deuxième Symposium International sur les Tenebrionidae
(Coleoptera). Vingt-huit spécialistes (professionnels
et indépendants) venant de 11 pays (Allemagne, Argentine,
Espagne, Etats-Unis, France, Italie, Japon, Maroc, Pologne,
République tchèque et Suède) y ont participé.
Organisé par le Muséum - Département
du Rhône, il s'est tenu sur 3 jours :
- Jeudi 20 octobre : accueil des congressistes par Monsieur
Michel Côté, directeur du Muséum; réception
des congressistes par Madame Danielle Chuzeville, présidente
de la commission "Culture" ; communications orales
dans le salon sud de l'Hôtel du département.
- Vendredi 21 octobre : visite commentée des installations
du CCEC, séances de posters et travail sur les collections,
en particulier la collection de J. Picka, acquise par
le Muséum en 2003.
- Samedi 22 octobre : travail sur les collections au CCEC
et synthèse.
General presentation
The 20, October 21 and 22 2005 was held in Lyon the Second
International Symposium on Tenebrionidae (Coleoptera). Twenty-eight
specialists (professional and independent) coming from 11
countries (Germany, Argentina, Spain, the United States, France,
Italy, Japan, Morocco, Poland, Czech Republic and Sweden)
took part in it.
Organized by the Museum - Rhône Département,
it was held over 3 days :
- Thursday October 20: reception of the congressmen by Mr
Michel Côté, director of the Natural history
museum; reception of the congressmen by Mrs Danielle Chuzeville,
president of the commission "Culture"; oral communications
in the southern-room of the "Hôtel du Département".
- Friday October 21: commented visit of the CCEC installations,
presentation of posters and work on the collections, in
particular the collection of J Picka, acquired by the Natural
history museum in 2003.
- Saturday October 22: work on the collections with the
CCEC and synthesis.
